And I understand your suggestions for certain things such as bone broths, fish eggs and honey, but I wonder that if we look at the human body in its holistic self, putting dead animals (or their secretion’s), who died by being killed is a way to go ๐ Looking at people who practice mindfulness, meditation, yoga… They minimize or cut animal product all together…

I was wondering if you think some books helping to “change our mind” is a great way to go? It helped me a LOT! Eckhart Tolle, Jan Geurtz`s books. Helped me to jump on Meditation and a very different life style.

I took me 1 to 2 hour to fall asleep when go to bed. though. Any thought how this can be improved ? I try very had with meditation etc but not succeed so far..do not wanna take any sleep medication

Weight loss never happens no matter how much I exercise our watch what I eat – have good and sufficient sleep, am a vegetarian bordering on veganism – pea protein is my protein source, do not drink alcohol, fruit juices or soft/soda drinks..do not eat after 7pm.. so not sure why have issues
