Hello. I am a female from Lebanon, I am U.A.E. resident since 13 years ago. On August 4th i was in Beirut and very closed to the explosion and came back to Dubai one week after this disaster and since that day i am having nightmares every night. Very sad, i can’t control my behavior towards my husband and my son, i am always frustrated, shouting and angry. I fell ashamed and guilty and not able to control my feelings.

The connection is unstable so the voice cuts off a lot. It would be greatly appreciated if Dr. Ayna can share with us her PPT presentation after the seminar is over. Thank you.

I can’t bring myself to process what happened. I keep putting off the idea of acknowledging it. Every time I feel like I’m about to cry about the blast and the victims, I feel guilty because I wasn’t affected physically.
