I’ve changed my way of eating to low carb – and have incorporated healthy veggie options, quinoa and bulgur grains, olive/coconut oil, dark chocolates/stevia sugar, almond milk, etc. but are still breaking out/having pimples. I’m a little lost I guess on which cheeses are the healthiest, could you suggest how to be a good label detective?

l am 41 years. 172 cm in height and 69kg in weight however l have a high body fat count of 21% and a visceral count of 11.I started 30 min exercise routine to reduce my body fat and eat around 180g of carbs and around 50g of sugar daily but now l see my muscle count dropping. what should l do to balance this and not burn muscle in my daily runs
