Does swimming count as a strength training? I swim and cycle regularly but don’t do weight lifting.

Some people would like to go for a swim right after they’ve finished strength/endurance training. Is it recommended? Are their any things you need to consider while doing so?

Cardio vs weight training, which one should we prefer? Not necessarily in coming back from quarantine / isolation, but generally as well?
